After Witsel's aggression on Wasilewski, the whole football world expects a serious punishment. But what really got into the Standard player, is something we'll never know.

But let us not forget De Camargo's assault on Polak and Defour's violent kick on Boussoufa.

After last year's the test games against Standard, Anderlecht already lost Boussoufa with a broken jaw. This season, it's much worse: Polak seriously injured at the knee, a possible end to Wasilewski's career and Boussoufa escaped a similar faith... This was not a football game, it was a battle. It's normal that all football loving persons are calling for a severe sanction for the three aggressors.

Let's focus on referee Nzolo. When the game turned into a battle, he lost control. Making the wrong decision led to disaster. It's also a miracle that the visiting team ended the game with 10 players. And what about the frustrating time winning actions of goalkeeper Bolat? He was sanctioned three minutes before time... Too late, in our opinion!

Also one photographer managed to bring the anger of crowd upon himself. While Wasilewski was being threated by the medical staff for his double open leg fracture, he found a way between the Red Cross assistants to take a huge amount of the suffering player. A scandalous behaviour and a lack of humanity!

As all this is not enough, several Standard players reacted as these events are the normal way of life. Defour: "Anderlecht is getting what they deserve. Maybe we did unacceptable things, so the same goes for them. And they were not sanctioned. That's why I say: what Anderlecht is allowed to do, we are allowed to do." But did Anderlecht players kick their opponents into the hospital? No! Apparently these players don't seem to realise the severeness of Witsel's actions.
Also trainer Bölöni reacted furious when a journalist wanted him to show the images. It's an indication of the moral values of the Belgian champions. They cannot be called a big club at all!

The only Standard player that won our respect yesterday was Milan Jovanovic. He realised the seriousness of the situation: "What happened is unacceptable. If I could, I would trade one title for Wasyl..."
