Hawsawi signs for two years

Anderlecht confirms the signing of Osama Hawsawi. The defender from Saudi Arabia has signed for two years. “I am very proud to play at a club with a rich tradition as RSC Anderlecht” says Hawsawi on the site of RSCA.


“It is a start for me, I’ve always wanted to play at an important European club. My goal is to win prizes with Anderlecht. I’m used to play under pressure with Al Hilal, I already have that experience. I’m leaving a big club for another big team and I can’t wait to start the new season.”

The defender was the team captain of Al Hilal, but also of the national team of Saudi Arabia. He will be the first Arabian player to play in the Belgian league.
