No handshake between Wasyl and Witsel

Marcin Wasilewski will not shake hands with Axel Witsel this evening. The Polish defender made up his mind. Herman Van Holsbeeck and John van den Brom tried to convince Wasyl to leave the past behind him, without success.


Witsel broke Wasilewski's leg a few years ago. The Polish player faced a one year recovery period.

According to the media, the club accepts Wasyl's decision and will not punish him if the two don't shake hands.
