Broos: "I still believe in it"

Anderlecht can still end up 3rd in their Champions League group, despite the 0 points. But if the Mauves still want to reach the UEFA Cup, they'll have to beat Valencia this evening. A draw is not enough.


But even with a victory, it will be difficult. Valencia on their hand are going through a bad time too. They managed to win in their domestic league in Sunday, for the first time in 2 months.

"I still believe in it", said Broos. "We'll have to win now", encouraged Roger Vanden Stock himself. "The players will go for it, that's for sure. It's now or never. And no I didn't give a speech or promis extra money. They just know that ending with zero points is unacceptable."
