INTERVIEWS With his first goal of the season, Majeed Ashmeru deepened the gap back to two goals. Afterwards, the Ghanaian said he was happy with the victory after four draws in a row. "Because we felt some pressure anyway," he said.
"It was an important win," Ashimeru said in front of the Sporza microphone. "We felt the pressure, but the coach told us how good we are and that we had to stay calm and focused. The whole team did as well."
Ashimeru scored the third goal after a nice collective action. "At training we often practice this. When I have the ball, I know where my mates are and they know how I move. It was indeed a nice combination."
"If we stay focused, we will get the points we need. There are still many games to come, we need to continue doing so."
