Tribute to Remco Evenepoel and Legends 1976

OTHER RSC Anderlecht will honor Remco Evenepoel before kickoff against West Ham United after all, as well as the 1976 RSCA Legends, who won the European Cup II that year against West Ham. There will be a unique scarf for sale in the fan shop.


Given UEFA protocols, the two inaugurations will take place from 6:30 p.m., 15 minutes before kickoff. So be sure to take your seats at the stadium in time to honor both the heroes of the past and the young Belgian star of cycling.

RSCA Legends 1976 :

Arie Haan, Jean Thissen, Peter Ressel, Michel De Groote and Michel Lomme confirmed their attendance. Frankie Vercauteren and Hugo Broos are abroad and unable to attend, as are Jacky Munaron, Gilbert van Binst and Jan Ruiter. RSCA will of course also pay tribute to deceased heroes such as Rob Rensenbrink, François Van der Elst, Jean Dockx, Ludo Coeck and former coach Hans Croon.
