"We will see if we find each other"

INTERVIEWS Mario Stroeykens was also present in Anderlecht yesterday for the inauguration of a football square. The past few weeks were no "rest holiday" as each player was given a training programme that was registered via their private profile on Strava.


"It was important for everyone to stay in rhythm and it wasn't just running. Anyway, I am ready for the tough preparation that Brian Riemer announced a few weeks ago. The goal is actually simple: make it to play-off 1."

Stroeykens is also entering his last contract year.
"The team did not do well but I am personally happy about my debut year. Everyone is aware of how I see the future, now it's a matter of waiting to see if the club and I find each other in that future planning."
