Goalkeeper Toulouse is option for Anderlecht

TRANSFERS According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Anderlecht have goalkeeper Maxime Dupé in mind as Bart Verbruggen's replacement. The Frenchman's contract with cup winners Toulouse is over. If he comes, it would be as first goalkeeper.


Anderlecht would then get Dupé as a key player so that the young goalkeepers from the youth academy can develop and, over time, compete for a starting place.

The 30-year-old Dupé played the past three seasons for Toulouse, first two years in the Ligue 2 and last season in the Ligue 1. In those three years, he did not miss a minute in the league. Before that, he was working for Nantes, mainly as a substitute goalkeeper.
