Anderlecht keep an eye on Ibrahim Adel

TRANSFERS Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports on Twitter that Anderlecht would be interested in Egyptian striker Ibrahim Adel. Adel played the Africa Cup with Egypt at the U23 where he was voted best player. Nordsjælland would also like to attract the striker.


Adel is 22 and plays with Pyramids FC in his homeland.

Although a new striker has already been recruited with Dolberg, there is a chance that Benito Raman will leave in case of a good offer. And even if Raman stays, the slack up front is wafer-thin with only two real strikers. So attracting another striker is certainly not a luxury, even if Adel normally plays on the left wing. He can also play on the right and centrally in attack.
