"Schmeichel likes to share experience with the young players"

INTERVIEWS Kasper Schmeichel will also be in goal against Eupen this afternoon. Brian Riemer revealed that at his press chat yesterday. "Against Club Brugge I couldn't see him work enough," the coach said. Riemer also mentioned that Schmeichel has enormous value for the young players in the team.

"For the long term, the choice has not yet been made," Riemer said. "Against Club Brugge we hardly gave away any chances. So I wasn't able to see Kasper at work much. Tomorrow (today, ed.) he will be in goal again. In time we will make a choice. That won't take that long, but right now I'm still making my analysis."

"With Kasper we have added someone who has won almost everything in England, the most important league in the world. He played quarterfinals at the World Cup. So he brings a wealth of experience into our team. Kasper is really a person who likes to share this experience with the young players. He tries to help them as much as he can. Kasper really has a positive influence on the team."

"Within the goalkeeping group there is a good understanding. There is no drama, so I can't tell you a punishment story about that, unfortunately."
