INTERVIEWS With three assists in five games, Thorgan Hazard has started his adventure at Anderlecht well. He sets the offensive lines, but physically can't keep it up for a whole match yet. "That's because of his style of play: Thorgan always gives 100 percent," Riemer said. Of holding back, however, the coach does not want to know.

"Thorgan joined us late. Before that, it had been a while since he played ninety minutes. For some players it takes some time to get used to it again. Especially when you have a style of play like Thorgan: he always gives everything," Riemer told his press chat yesterday.

So isn't it an option for Hazard to calm down a bit? For Riemer, no. "I prefer him to give 100 percent," the coach said. "For two reasons: First, we have good players who can fill in, like Amuzu. What we saw against Mechelen. Second, it is my general belief that if you do something in life, you have to go for it 100 percent. If you only do it at 90 percent, it will never be as good."

"So Thorgan has to keep giving himself 100 percent. It is then up to us to make sure his physical readiness increases so he can keep it up throughout the match."
