GAMES Tomorrow, Anderlecht heads to La Louvière for the 1/16th finals of the Cup of Belgium. Unlike Anderlecht, the home team did not have a good dress rehearsal this weekend. The leader in the highest amateur league lost points for the second time this season.
Against Knokke, a good middle class team, La Louvière took the lead after only 9 minutes. Jorn Van Camp (photo), ex-Anderlecht, made it 0-1. The visitors didn't enjoy it for long, because four minutes later Jens Naessens evened the score.
That was all, although La Louvière had to fill the last quarter of an hour with ten after a second yellow card for Alexis Calant.
La Louvière now has 26 points from ten games. At the top of the rankings, however, it now has to side with Lokeren-Temse.
