Raman only goal scorer in practice game against Zulte Waregem

GAMES Anderlecht won a friendly game against Zulte Waregem this afternoon by 0-1. Benito Raman scored the only goal around the half-hour mark. Yari Verschaeren made his comeback and was captain.


After applying high pressure, Raman was able to take advantage of a risky back pass toward goalkeeper Van der Gouw in the 23rd minute. The Anderlecht striker made a slide to the ball and rocketed the leather over the Essevee goalkeeper into goal.

At halftime, Verschaeren was replaced, as announced beforehand. On Anderlecht's bench were two U18 players, Aboubacar Conté and Devon De Corte. Both were allowed to substitute.
