Kompany's transfer: how much money did Anderlecht win?

There is a lot of speculations about the extact transfer fee of Vincent Kompany. This website studied the deal that was made between Anderlecht and Hamburg and calculated Kompany's price.


* Hamburg immediatly pays 8 million euro to Anderlecht.
* Another 2 million euro will follow, spread over the upcoming season.
* If Hamburg qualify for the Champions League, Anderlecht receive another 2 million
* If the German club wins their domestic title next season, they have to pay another million to Anderlecht
* If Kompany is transfered to another club, the Mauves receive 20% of the transfer fee.

This means that Anderlecht are already sure of 10 million. With some luck, the amount can even go up to 13 million.
