Cercle not eager to let Hasi leave

It seems like Besnik Hasi is not coming to Anderlecht just yet. His current club, Cercle Brugge, is demanding a transfer fee. Cercle also claims that Hasi has one more year in his contract and thus cannot leave the club for free.
