More than 2 million for Tioté

Cheik Tioté will play for the Dutch Twente next season. Though his ex-club Anderlecht earned a lot of money on his transfer. The Belgian vice-champions received 2.5 million euro for the player.


On top of that, Anderlecht will also get 20% of the transfer fee if Twente would decide to sell the player.

Manager Van Holsbeeck is happy: "It was a good idea to let Tioté play on loan for Roda for a year. That way, we were able to ask more than 2 million for him."
