Reactions after the game

Trainer Jacobs was very disappointed after the game against BATE: "This is unbelievable! I warned the players that BATE wasn't a weak team. Yet we played slow and lost. Now we have to win 0-2 in Belarus."


Also the players were very disappointed. Polak, the best player on the field, reacted: "We have to think about what we've done. We scored the opening goal and then everything went wrong. We were too excited about the bad decisions of the referee."

Gillet agrees: "The referee was unworthy to lead a game at this level. He made it impossible to play football. Though it's our own fault we lose this game. We weren't concentrated enough."
