During the summer, Anderlecht will be transformed into a limited liability company. Chairman Vanden Stock will keep 51% of the stocks. In the press, it was announced that brewery AB Inbev would buy 40%.
According to rumours in the media, manager of the production house Woestijnvis, Wouter Vandenhaute, would buy the remaining 9%. Though Vandenhaute has denied the rumours, although he's considering it.
