Verschueren doesn't want new striker

The Anderlecht board holds a meeting tonight to decide over the Jestrovic case. On Tuesday, the final decision about an operation will be taken. Manager Verschueren does not want a replacement for the striker.

"Nenad was examined today. On Monday, all involved people will meet to discuss the results", says Verschueren.
"If it depends on me, I wouldn't look for another striker. But I'm not the only one to decide. Trainer Broos didn't ask me yet if we could get a striker on loan. Let us first see if we can qualify for the Champions League."
