Van Damme: "Don’t look at Standard too much"

After getting two speeding tickets, Jelle Van Damme had to give in his drivers licence last week. “I can still speed up. Not on the road then, but only on the field. (laughs)”.

"Saturday, against Roeselare, we’ll have to play at 120km/h,” says Jelle. “Against Tubize we played to forced. We were focused too much on the three points.”

The last two games, Anderlecht will play at the same time as Standard. “On the field you get the score as well, but you’re still busy playing your own game. We don’t have to look at Standard too much and just do our job and get 6/6.”
