Anderlecht against Sivasspor in Champions League

Anderlecht will meet Sivasspor in the third Champions League qualification round. The Mauves will play the first game at home on July 28 or 29. The return game follows one week later on August 4 or 5.


In case of elimination, Anderlecht can go to the Europa League. In case of a victory, a European top club awaits in the last round.

Sivasspor promoted to the highest Turkish division in 2005 and became vice champions last season. In that same season, they were eliminated by Braga in the Intertoto Cup. Pieter Mbemba (ex-KV Mechelen) is the only Belgian in their team.
