Yesterday most players of the A-team got some rest during the game against Wetteren. Also Nicolas Frutos didn’t play. “That was what we decided,” says club doctor Kristof Sas in La Dernière Heure.

"We have a cyclus: two days of training with the group and then one day on his own. That he’s feeling so good, doesn’t surprise me,” says Sas. “After such an operation you have to work very hard to come back. Nico did that and got rewarded for it.”

"He still has to reinforce his calf and work on his physical condition, but the movements he makes are good.” Will he fall back? “The chance of a minor injury always exists, with every player. But considering his operation, there is no risk anymore.
