Anderlecht didn’t miss its European start. Yesterday evening it beat Sivasspor with 5-0 and can go to Turkey next week with a lot of confidence.

Anderlecht started, with Jelle Van Damme, very strong and took Sivasspor immediately by their throath. After six minutes it already should have been 1-0, but Boussoufa missed. After that the Turkish players came a bit more in the game, but RSCA was still the boss. After 17 minutes the first goal was scored: De Sutter heads in a corner. A few minutes later Boussoufa scores his goal: after a beautiful action of Suarez, Boussoufa put the 2-0 on the scoreboard.
Anderlecht kept going on and of course the 3-0 was made. Wasilewski reached the pole, but Chatelle followed really well and scored.
After the break, RSCA kept playing forward, although it was a bit more slowly than the first half. De Sutter and Boussoufa got a couple of small chances, but goalie Petkovic played a bit better the second half. 20 minutes before the end of the game, Chatelle was changed for Legear. A bit later, Frutos was there to replace standout Matias Suarez. He gave the assist for the 4-0 and was the one who put the end score on the board: 5-0.
