Schollen hopes on a prolongation of his contract

Davy Schollen had to see Anderlecht win the game against Sivasspor with 5-0 by sitting between the audience. The goalie suffers from an injury which gives Proto his place in the goal.

However, Davy hopes he’ll get a new contract at rsca. Jacobs and Van Holsbeeck confirm: “Soon we’ll be talking about his contract. He still has on until 2010. Now our purpose is to keep Davy with us, also after 31 August. Unless of course a big club passes by to buy him.”

Schollen’s manager regrets him being injured right now: “Davy got injured on the wrong moment indeed. But we have to stay calm. It’ll be a season with a lot of games and Davy proved last year he’s worthy to play for RSCA.”
