This Saturday, Mbark Boussoufa directed his team towards the victory with one goal and one assist. “However, it wasn’t easy at all today,” he said on Sporza – radio.

"As long as we didn’t score the 0-2, you’re not certain of the victory. But it was clear that we were the better team,” he says. “We didn’t give anything away and we were one team on the field. Our only negative point is that we missed too many chances. Luckily we scored twice.”

Suarez didn’t show as much as he did against Sivasspor. “It’s much easier to play European football because you get more space,” Boussoufa says. Against Kortrijk he got less space.”
“Whether we were motivated because of Standard’s loss? It’s still early and in March the points are divided by half. We only have to look at ourselves. We started very well and have to continue like this.”
