Anderlecht soon to be a limited liability company

At the end of next month, Anderlecht will be transformed into a limited liability company. The football club, Winners (merchandising) and Saint-Guidon (restaurant & catering) will form one company.


The family Vanden Stock will hold the majority of the shares. The idea is to attrack extra money.
