Anderlecht won their last game of the year. The Mauves beat Zulte Waregem with 2-1 after a rather weak game. That way, Anderlecht remain in pole position with three points more than Club Brugge.
There wasn't much to see in the Vanden Stock Stadium. Bad passes coloured the game. Though Anderlecht had control over the match during the whole 90 minutes. De Sutter was man of the match with two goals. At half time, Anderlecht were leading 2-0. Zulte Waregem could never endanger Silvio Proto.

Continue reading In the second half, the visitors managed to take one goal back. They scored via Berrier. But Anderlecht remained in control and Frutos, who had replaced Lukaku, had two excellent chances to decide the game, but the final score remained 2-1.
