Anderlecht to beat Kortrijk

Anderlecht has beaten Kortrijk on Wednesday evening thanks to a goal of Mazuch (1-0) or a corner kick. Because of the defeat of rival Club Brugge, Anderlecht can take the title next Sunday, by winning in Bruges.


The victory was logical and deserved. Anderlecht proved to be better over the whole game, but they failed to score more goals. Suarez had the best chance to double the lead, but his hard effort found the crossbar on its way.

That way, the match stayed exciting until the last minute. Though Kortrijk was never able to threaten the Mauves.
