Anderlecht crushed Lierse tonight with a 6-0 score. The Mauves now count 4 points more than Genk, that didn't play due to snowfall. This means that Anderlecht will begin the winter break as leader for sure.

Juhasz opened the score after just a few minutes of play with a header. The pace dropped then, but Anderlecht had everything under control. There were some chances via Boussoufa, Gillet and Lukaku. But it took until the last minute of the first half before the lead was doubled: Lukaku scored in a rebound.

The second half began with Anderlecht creating more danger. The third goal fell on a penalty: Wasilewski scored. Lierse tried to react via Sonck, but a bit later it was completely knock-out when Boussoufa escaped and scored the 4-0.

A few minutes before time, Chavarria scored the fifth after a free kick of Boussoufa. And that last one scored the 6-0 in the 91st minute.
