Injury report: Proto, Kabananga and De Sutter operated

Silvio Proto will be unavailable for at least two months. Though doctors fear he won't make it to the start of next season. "Proto broke his foot and this kind of injury doesn't heal easily", a doctor said.


Junior Kabananga, on loan at GBA, will even be out for a longer period. The young Congolese suffered a serious knee injury and will be operated. He'll have to rehabilitate for a long time.

Also Tom De Sutter is out for a long time. He was hit at his shoulder in the game against Genk. This caused damage to a nerve leading to a minor loss of feeling in his entire arm. He was operated and the problem was corrected.

Lukaku, Mazuch, Gillet and Kanu were only able to participate half of the training. They all have minor injuries but will be ready. Legear, out with a quadriceps injury, was able to train individually.
