No party for birthday-boy Lukaku

Today, Romelu Lukaku, celebrates his 18th birthday, but he won’t be partying. “Romelu has asked us not to organize something,” Kouyaté says. Also at home there won’t be a party.

"Tomorrow there’s a very important game and Romelu doesn’t want to disturb the preparations. But Saturday, after the game, we might do something,” Kouyaté adds.


Driver’s license

Even the next few weeks there won’t be a lot of time for Romelu to celebrate. After his last game at Anderlecht he’ll have to prepare for the game against Turkey with the national team. And we can’t forget he still has to go to school and finals are coming up.
One thing does change today; he can drive a car.
