Anderlecht confirms transfer Mbokani

Anderlecht has confirmed that Dieumerci Mbokani is returning to Anderlecht. “We realize it’s a sensitive transfer, but Mbokani wants to show he has changed,” says Roger Vanden Stock.

“Mbokani realizes he has made mistakes. A lot has been said about his behavior, but we at Anderlecht believe in Dieumerci.”

“He’s motivated! And that shows from the conversations we had with him. It’s up to him now to convince the fans.”

Mbokani will be signing a contract for 3 years.
