The Anderlecht players will soon benefit from a new Adidas invention. The clothes sponsor will launch "intelligent shoes" in November. The Adizero F50 will be equiped with a microchip that saves statistics of the players.
That way, the technical staff can found out a number of interesting things: number of steps, average speed, top speed, number of sprints, distance covered etc... for each individual player.
