Jordan Lukaku makes first-team debut

The younger brother of Romelu Lukaku, Jordan, made his debut with the A-team of Anderlecht. Safari went out with an injury and got substituted by Jordan Lukaku.


“I was a bit nervous, but my confidence grew with every ball touch. Every youth player dreams of playing in the first team.” said Jordan Lukaku.

Safari will be injured for the rest of this season, so there will be more chances for Jordan to prove himself. Ariël Jacobs is very happy with the performance of Jordan Lukaku: “Getting substituted without a warm-up isn’t easy. He did a great job and it’s an important step in his learning process.”
