In case Mohammed Abu's transfer shouldn't come through, Anderlecht already has an alternative: Norwegian midfielder Ruben Jenssen. According to Norwegian press, Anderlecht scouted the player a while back.
Coach John van den Brom knows Jenssen and wanted to sign him last year for his former team Vitesse.
The 24-year old central defender debuted in 2006 for Norwegian team Tromso and is currently still under contract with the club. He's already collected 15 caps for the Norwegian national team.
