Suarez fails physical tests in Moscow

Bad news for Matias Suarez. After having finished the physical tests at his new club CSKA Moscow, the results showed a problem with his knee. An injury he had been struggling with for months, and has still not healed properly.


It's unclear if the transfer will go ahead. CSKA Moscow has declared they need a striker who is ready to play. If the injury is as severe as it seems, Suarez will need surgery, and at least 4 months of rehabilitation.

Anderlecht will communicate about the matter tonight, after the game in the league againt Beerschot AC.
