Next to Fede Vico, also Wellington Bueno arrived in Brussels to join Anderlecht's trainings. The 17 year old Brazilian came from Desportivo Brasil. He cannot sign a professional contract until he becomes 18 years old.
This means, he'll be staying in Anderlecht with a tourist visa that has to be renewed each three months.
