Luka Milivojevic next alternative

Red Star Belgrado player Luka Milivojevic is currently the first candidate to replace Lucas Biglia. Anderlecht offers a 4 year agreement and is prepared to pay 2 to 3 million.


At the moment Anderlecht is negotiating with Belgrado. These calls have been confirmed by Belgrado's spokesman. Although Anderlecht wants to present at least one new player at the fan day next friday it is unlikely Milivojevic will be one of them since Belgrado is dealing with a Europa League qualification match next thursday which will delay all negotations.

Second alternative

Because Anderlecht really needs an extra defensive midfielder it keeps screening the market even during the calls with Belgrado. If Milivojevic transfer cannot be brought to a succesfull end Anderlecht will focus on Levante player Vincente Iborra, a tall devensive midfielder. His agreement comes to an end next summer so he should be feasible. Besides Anderlecht, Atlético, Everton and Sevilla are also keeping an eye on him.
