Montenegrin goalkeeper on his way to RSCA?

According to cg-fudbal.com, Vladan Giljen is on his way to Anderlecht. RSCA offers him a 3-year contract. The 24-year old goalkeeper was a player of the Portuguese team C.D. Nacional but his contract ended and he's a free player.
