Anderlecht defeated Racing Genk on sunday by 0-1. Chancel Mbemba scored the only goal. Genk had to play 80 minutes with ten after a red card for Kara Mbodj.

Anthony Vanden Borre and Fabrice N'Sakala were suspended, Olivier Deschacht and Bram Nuytinck were absent due to injuries. Youri Tielemans and Andy Najar played as left- and right back.

After Ten minutes Kara Mbodj got a red card after a crazy tackle on Frank Acheampong. Anderlecht became the strongest team, but didn't get a lot of chances. Chancel Mbemba scored the only goal after 78 minutes.

Anderlecht is now fourth in the ranking. One point in front of Club Bruges, one point behind Racing Genk and Zulte Waregem and three points behind Standard
