Van den Brom to make a choice about the line-up

Anthony Vanden Borre returns after a suspension, but also Guillaume Gillet will be back after an injury. This means coach Van den Brom will have to make choices.


It is likely the coach will decide to keep Vanden Borre in the team. The player showed great qualities in the league and especially against PSG. But the stupid red card he took against OHL, may be held against him. Andy Najar, who played on the right back position against Genk and did a good job, doesn't have much of a chance. Vanden Borre and Gillet perform better on the right back position since Najar is actually a winger.

Also Silvio Proto will probably be recuperated. It seems logical that Kaminski will be on the bench again.

Olivier Deschacht will be out for a while. It's even possible he'll need to undergo a small operation at his ankle. In that case, he'll be out for six weeks. N'Sakala can take his place, which gives room for Acheampong as a winger.

Another choice to be made is whether to play with Praet or Bruno. Praet did a good job in Genk and PSG, but the profile of Bruno might be more preferable against smaller teams such as Charleroi.
