Anderlecht won their 33rd title today. The Mauves beat Lokeren with 3-1 and end with two points more than Standard in the final ranking. Bruges take the third place before Zulte Waregem. There was also bad news: Proto got injured.

The game against Lokeren wasn't a walk in the park for Anderlecht. The visitors came to do their sportive duty and the start of the match was nervous. There weren't many chances, until Mitrovic opened the score after 15 minutes with a header. A few minutes later, Persoons stepped on Proto's hand and the goalie had to be replaced. He broke his wrist and is out for the World Cup.

The second half started with Anderlecht dominating, but when Vanden Borre got red, Lokeren came back into the match. The defender had stopped Remacle on his way to the goal. The contested referee Boucaut even gave a penalty for the visitors while the foul happened at least 2 meters outside the box. Harbaoui equalised from the penalty spot.

Minutes later, also Lokeren had to continue with ten players. Persoons got red for tackling Mitrovic. Again a serious mistake of referee Boucaut, since the tackle didn't deserve more than yellow. With ten against ten, Anderlecht easily controlled the match again. Keeper Verhulst stopped a free kick of Tielemans, but Mbemba scored in the rebound. After 63 minutes, Dennis Praet beat the Lokeren keeper a third time with a hard effort.

The Mauves kept looking for a fourth goal, but the game ended on a 3-1 victory. Standard won against Genk (1-0) while Bruges beat Zulte Waregem (2-0). That way, Anderlecht celebrate their 33rd title with two points more than Standard.
