Van Holsbeeck wants to bring Sonck to Anderlecht

When Aruna Dindane refused to play for Anderlecht, manager Herman Van Holsbeeck was looking for a replacement. Wesley Sonck was one of them.


The Red Devil is on the bench at Ajax, so Van Holsbeeck asked Sonck if he was interested in a transfer. "He told me he wanted to stay in Amsterdam. But I'm sure he'd be the ideal replacement for Aruna. He scores easily and we still have Mpenza to put on Aruna's position", said the manager.
