After the hissing at him during the game Anderlecht-Bremen, Aruna Dindane refused all interviews and comments. Today, the striker explained why he did that.

"If I had replied, I would have said some stupid things. I've been thinking about my carreer and my life in Brussels. I was arrested last year in a shopping center. That wasn't justified. The same goes for the hissing. I hate it. They can hiss at me when I play bad, but they think I don't want to play for Anderlecht anymore after my failed transfer. I wonder if I can still do anything good. It feels bad.

"I wanted to do the best I could and go to England that way, but it failed. I'm hurt and it will take a while before that wound will heal. Mark my words: Anderlecht is a great club. I arrived here when I was 17 and they did everything for me. I gave myself 3 years before leaving to the Premier League. It's already my 5th season here."

"Portsmouth or West Bromwich weren't good enough? If Anderlecht had known it would go this way, they would have sold me. That would have been better."
