The average wage of a trainer in Belgium is 120,000 euro gross per year. Club Brugge-trainer Trond Sollied earns the most with 1 million euro. Anderlecht-coach Hugo Broos earns 325,000 euro and federal coach Anthuenis 275,000 euro
