Adidas knows the reason why the ball exploded against La Louvière. According to the German sports brand, the explosion was caused by a wrong dye on the ball. The dye gave a chemical reaction, according to Adidas.
Because of that reaction, the ball was less strong. The ball exploded when Walter Baseggio scored the 1-1.
