According to press agency Reuters, Belgacom has made a bid on the television rights of the Jupiler League. There will be a decision on Wednesday.
Belgacom wants to start with digital television in June, and wants to offer football with a pay-per-view system.
Belgacom would like to collaborate with Versatel, that has already gained the television rights in the Netherlands.
