Baseggio has still ambitions in Anderlecht

Stoke City's new coach Johan Boaskamp wants Baseggio. But Walter does not think that way about it.

"Of course I am very happy with their offer but I want to be fit again and to win back my place in the squad in Anderlecht. Maybe I could move to another team, preferably in Italy. To Torino or Naples, you know. But I do not have to go anyway", he said.

Baseggio also said he did not agree with Van Holsbeeck. "Do I have to catch up only because I missed 3 months in the squad? How can you compare 3 months with 10 years in Anderlecht?"
