Jestrovic charms AS Monaco

According to the British press, striker Nenad Jestrovic would have caught the interest of the French team AS Monaco. Monaco wanted to have the Serbian striker for one season on loan, but Anderlecht refused that.

Still, it looks like Monaco will bring out an offer on Jestrovic during the next transfer period, in January.

The 29-year-old Serbian striker already played in the French league. In the season 1997-1998 he played for Bastia, he scored twice in 19 games then. Later, from 1998 till 2000, he played for FC Metz. He scored 8 times in 44 games there.
