Manuel Ruiz de Lopera will have to pay a fine of 4 million euros to the Spanish tax service. He also risks 15 months of emprisonment. The chairman is accused of fraud and embezzlement.

He wouldn't have send a complete report on the construction of the stadium. Also the contract conditions of Denilson would have been false.

He would have avoided 2.1 million euros of taxes. He also received a fine of 1.9 million euros. It is even possible that he will be condemned of more than one year of emprisonment.
